Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds:

  • Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts may be subject to a partial refund or returned to you.

Exchanges:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will offer an exchange or refund based on your preference.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping:
    • Local Returns: For customers within the United Arab Emirates, return shipping is free.
    • International Returns: Customers outside the United Arab Emirates are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
